Young professionals at work today

I was on the ferry coming back from an island, I spent Easter holidays at. 1. Dear George, Christos Anesti!
I was glad the workload allowed me the time to sit down and enjoy your article today regarding the young professionals you overheard on your way back from your Easter Holidays.
Your “words of wisdom” truly resonated. Comparing our early days to today’s environment,
I often find myself coaching young talent on one specific pitfall: the temptation to use modern tools (AI, social media, etc.) solely to fast-track their profiles and salaries.
While these tools are incredibly handy, I always remind them that there is no substitute for patience, hard work, and going the extra mile.
Ultimately, the most powerful tool we have is still our own brain.
Thank you for sharing, George. All the best!
It will be great to see you! Let’s schedule an appointment!
