I watched a very interesting TEDx Talk the other day with Marianne Gee, a beekeeper.  Marianne explained why honeybees are a source of inspiration and how they teach us to think sometimes small for acting big. She said that a honeybee in her lifetime makes only one-twelfth of a teaspoon of honey. But it is the collective work that brings the result.
