Very interesting article George. If I may add a suggestion this is the following one: if stakeholders are located in a different geographical area I.e. a production plant , the communication plan must include a number of local visits. Stakeholders feel honoured and the level of engagement increases significantly. I have done this with very positive results (measured by a pulse survey).
